What could happend after the end of "Joey"?

I guess:
1) Joey and Alex married and have a child named Joey (after Joey's father)
2) Michael and Abby reunited
3) They possibly reunite the gang from "Friends"

Realistically? Joey, overworked as a fry cook working an 18 hour shift, after failing to so much as show up in the background of a deodorant commercial, mistakenly inhales some super-potent coke, ODs, and falls in the dumpster.
