What happens to Sarah???
At the end where sarah watches Keaton's son and his mum drive away at the end in the car, she looks round and there's this big dramatic music, and then it just finishes. What the hell happened???

That very final shot bugs me too. After a bit of shadows moving around in the background, theres a bit of scary dramatic music and the camera whips to reveal... nothing. I expected to see the three entities behind her.
Looks like a shot thats missing its VFX, or theyve been cropped out somehow.
Can anyone confirm this? Have the BBC bought an incomplete version or what?
It's implied that she met her end, or at least, that's how I interpreted it.
shareIt did seem overly dramatic, almost as though her being in the road meant she was hit by a car, but a car going that speed in a cemetary makes no sense, and it didn't really appear like a car crash, because most movies would show the car "replacing" the victim in a follow-through type shot, implying she was run over, this just replaced her with black, so unless it was a big black truck that filled the whole screen it didn't really work.
I think if it ended a few frames beforehand with the shadows on the grass it would have been enough, we already know that she is goign to die as she was on the tape, so a reminder of that and the shadows on the grass behind her , shows us it'll happen soon, so the following frames are redundant.
