Dammit, Willem Dafoe's boy sure was mature for his age

The stories Willem Dafoe's character tells about his 8 year old son sure are impressive. First he distinguishes a fire in a restaurant and calls for the manager while his parents argue and fight, then he gets shot in the chest and tells his upset father that everything will be alright as he dies.

That's a mature 8 year old!

Well, he was the son of a genius father. Plus, that's childhood innocence. His parents were busy worrying about getting charged, as well as the embarrassment, while their son just thought rationally. Also, I know that if I was dying practically in my father's arms, I would probably do my best to reassure him in my final moments.

Superman's only weakness is Kryptonite. Jack Bauer laughs at Superman for having a weakness.
