Can someone tell me the end of the movie, please?
I know it sounds strange, but I saw the film until that time the doctor knew about the placebo, and then I couldn't watch the rest. Please, could you tell me? Thanks a lot!

The guys chasing Willem and Ray cause the BMW to literally "fly" off the road and they landed a lake. Ray helps Willem get out of the car and they swim to the shore. Willem gives Ray money and tells him to get to the airport. Ray then tells Willem that it wasn't the pill but it was him (Willem) that made Ray change - then all of a sudden Bang - BANG BANG. 3 to the chest and Ray dies in Willems arms.
I almost cried at that point. That was really sad, but it was a predictable ending.

Sadly, what could have been a pretty good sci-fi movie went for the unimaginative ending. How easy. What a waste. A+ to the lead actors, though.

When I heard the name of his character I thought they were using a combo of Lee Harvey Oswald and James Earl Ray. Suggesting he was an unredeemable killer.

shareRay Liota was "kidnapped" by the brother of that young man that he made "retarded". Long story short, by the end of the movie, the brother clipped off Ray's ankle alarm and also shot one of the cops that was surveillancing him, thus, the cops thought Ray escaped and killed a cop. It didn't matter, Ray was doomed from the start of the movie.

Dafoes character asked his wife in code to call the police when talking on the phone.
shareNo he didn't ask her in code. She said I'm calling the police and he said yeah ok. What he did was start talking about the dog alerting her that he couldn't talk right now because he was in trouble. They didn't have any code word for "call the cops now"
