The performances are excellant. I thought this movie was going to be a so so thriller. But let me tell you it was worth it's weight in rental gold. I just wish they had more of Liotta as a psycho. Man you could get a whole movie with him playing a sociopath. Damn good stuff my fellow actors just hope one day to be in a film with you guys.

I borrowed it from a c-worker and I was pretty surprised. It was certainly better than I expected.

I agree. I really enjoyed watching this movie, mainly because Liotta & Dafoe's performances were superb. A must-see if you're a fan of either.

I agree, this movie was terrific! The last 20 seconds almost spoiled it for me, and was totally unnecessary. Had to take off a star for that, otherwise I seriously would have given this film 9/10.

I agree, very lame last 20 secs.
Liotta was brrrillliiiaannt; great as a sociopath.

I think those last 20 seconds are required to let us see that the Doc realized reaching people isn't about drugs, it's about being there for them and treting them well.
