The plot is really stupid and has little to do with the overall story arch. Only thing i liked was the final battle and Snape’s character development. The rest is boring or stupid. Hogwarts vs a mean teacher? Lame. The whole thing with Mafloy being a goodie-two-shoes for the teacher was cheesy because I think realistically even he would rebel against her. What teen boy would actually like random discipline like that? Ridiculous.

It's basically like if Game of Thrones focused for 90% of its time just on Joffrey. They introduced this over the top villain that tortured children, it was such a lame way to convince us to hate her and hope to see her demise. There was nothing interesting about her, she was just straight up insanely cruel and annoying.
It felt like something you'd see in a Harry Potter tv series, like a standalone episode, not a movie.
Then you get like 10 minutes of the plot with voldemort and he just easily escapes. The only thing keeping this movie from being 100% useless was that Sirius died. Not that he really mattered, Harry had enough adult protectors already anyway.
No the most pointless one was Prisoner of Azkaban.
Order of the Phoenix is pretty good.
