Did Harry ever inform anyone about Lucius Malfoy?

I am watching these movies for the first time now and I have just seen The Order of the Phoenix. I have a question about Lucius Malfoy being revealed as a Death Eater and supporter of Voldemort in The Goblet of Fire and this movie. At the end of Goblet of Fire Lucius is revealed to be a Death Eater for Voldemort when they're at the graveyard. After that Harry returns to Hogwarts but I don't recall him informing Dumbledore or anyone else that Lucius Malfoy is a Death Eater or even works for Voldemort. I was surely expecting Harry to tell someone in this movie but he didn't either! You would think that is pretty important information since his son studies at Hogwarts too. And I don't think that his son studying there is even that important. Lucius Malfoy is quite known in the Wizard world, isn't he? Shouldn't anyone be informed about him being a Death Eater and working for The Dark Lord, the most feared enemy in the whole movie??

What I found quite strange is that at the end of Order of the Phoenix in the scene at the Ministry of Mysteries we see Lucius again with the other Death Eaters but everyone (Hermione, Ron, etc.) don't seem suprised to see him as a Death Eater. I mean, in the first movies he is clearly not a good guy judging by his behaviour and the way he looks down upon everyone, but he's not revealed to be an enemy yet until Goblet of Fire.

Did Harry tell someone about this in the books? Or didn't he? Can someone please explain this?

I don't recall the details of the film, but in the book Harry told Dumbledore and Minister of Magic Fudge the names he'd heard Voldemort use when he met with the death-eaters. Fudge didn't believe him, Dumbledore did.

In the book Harry tells lots of people, he even releases all their names in an interview for a newspaper called "The Quibbler". The books were not masterpieces by any means, but they were very good and far better than the movies.

Seeing how Fudge and the Ministry of Magic didn’t believe/refuse to acknowledge one word Harry said about Voldemort returning, then obviously the higher ups wouldn’t believe Harry’s accusation against that dirtbag Lucius (who had enough power).

However, I do think Harry definitely told his friends that Malfoy’s dad was a Death Eather

No one believed Harry until the end of Order of the Phoenix and it was at that point that Lucius was sent to Azkaban.

Also it was revealed way back in Chamber of Secrets to the audience that Lucius was a Voldemort supporter (he's the one who put the diary in Ginny's cauldron). Harry at the very least was suspicious of him at the end of Chamber of Secrets although didn't know for sure until Goblet of Fire (although wouldn't Dobby have told Harry that Lucius was a Death Eater?)
