Had another actor other than Sam Rockwell had been cast as Zaphod, this'd be a much better movie. All other actors/actresses did a superb job, but Sam made it weird and hokey.

This is actually a film that seems a little better now than it did at the time. For someone who listened to the radio version, read the books and watched the BBC TV series - this was a pretty poor attempt. However, time passes, memory fades and I found this film more enjoyable this time around - so it goes.
