I personally hope not, I miss traditionally hand-drawn cartoons, but I have a feeling this is CGI.

You must be blind not to see that.
"The Emperor's New Groove" contained exactly one scene which was CGI and you immediately recognize it the moment you see it.
Huge parts of this film are definitely CGI.
And I don't like it, it destroys the feeling, the style, the flair.
