That was Pete Kasper. He is listed as "sedan driver" in the full cast and crew list.

LOL I never understand questions like this. You'e on IMDB, all the info on the film is on here at this site, you can read if before you even get here to the message board part. There is a list of all the characters, and the actors of who plays who etc..

I know but his charactor in the film didnt have a name! He was called sedan driver and im not good with cars
