How did one of the worst comedy series of all time last 12 years?

Not trying to bash fans but I just don't get it.

2 Broke Girls is even worst and people support that crap and it will probably also have a long run.

When I saw your heading I was going to say (and still am going to say) "It wasn't that bad. Two Broke Girls is by far the worst I've ever seen and I have no idea how that got 5 seasons."

Yeah, that show is pretty awful.

This one, it was at least okay most of the time. Although I didn't watch the show after Charlie left. Plus the kid got older and started bad mouthing the show around that time too. Never been a big Kutcher fan so I didn't bother watching after he came on.

How has "Days of our bloody Lives" lasted for over 50 years?

Despite the crudeness of this show I like it. I quit watching it for years and convinced myself I had never liked it but now I'm into it again. That Charlie is a lovable scoundrel! (He would agree.) The post-Charlie years are dreck but the rest will always be a guilty pleasure.

Can't stand Two Broke Girls. I watched the first season and then began to notice that the brunette's soul-crushing negativity never let up.

I can't call it the worst comedy series of all time. That covers a lot of ground. It was better in the beginning, though and only got to be crap at the end in my opinion.

I didn't watch this one, but quality doesn't matter compared to viewership.

You said it well! More like this;
"I'm trying my best to bash fans, because I just don't get it."

It should have been shut down, after Charlie died, so I like to count it as 8½ + 4. Aston Cutcher never had anything to do with it...

I think it should have ended at a completed season 8 anyway, with Charlie in it. The change in events between him & Rose weren't acceptable for the show either.

After such a huge change, I don't think it's that fair to have it in memory of TV-Series as Two and a Half Men for 12 seasons. Not possible, I know - but should have a permanent parenthesis for 8 + 4.

It it said, that the reason it kept going, was that Chuck Lorre wanted to prove that, it could still stay on screen without Charlie in it.
