Firing Carrie over the other two when she did everything she was told and Snookie admitted she was intimidated and should have spoken up and even said if she would have they could have won.
Carrie deserved to be fired. Actually Kyle deserved to be fired but Carrie was dumb and brought back Lisa and Snookie which she should have never done. For 1 Lisa filmed the commercial, the one thing that the people said they liked, she did her job and she did it well, second of all, Lisa also tried to tell the other ladies, this is not what they are looking for, they want everyday smiles, not just one, but none of the ladies would listen. Snookie, did everything she was told, so why should she be fired? B/c she was intimidate, thats kind of a dumb reason. Carrie was just plain stupid from bringing them in the board room and deserved what she got.
I agree. Although I would have pulled for Carnie to win, she should have brought back Kyle. Lisa did try to tell them they needed more people to show their smiles, and they could have easily done that in the video they did do. For example they could have showed the smiles of the referee, people in the audience at the match, etc. I don't think Carnie had the killer instinct to win.
I'm sure not pulling for Brooke. She said she's staying under the radar for awhile. Hope the Governator figures that out.
Exactly, I knew as soon as they decided to only do one smile they we're gonna lose. They learned nothing from the last task. These people need to realize its a competition and they need to bring the correct people in the board room with them. I honeslty don't know what Carnie was thinking by bringing those 2 back. I dont think the ladies concept was horrible, they just didnt listen to what they client asked for. The guys concept was better, but their commercial was poorly made.
I agree. Carnie blew it. Kyle had a great idea, but it wasn't what the client wanted. You shouldn't stick with an idea that misses the point. Kyle should have been brought back to the boardroom.
What they didn't show and Kyle said earlier on twitter, is that she and Carnie have been good friends for years. I would guess that's why Carnie didn't bring her back to the boardroom. So, Carnie stuck with the wrong concept and didn't bring her "friend" to the boardroom. Carnie deserved to go, much as I hate to say it. I wanted her stick around a lot longer.
I thought maybe Carnie was scared of or intimidated by Kyle, maybe fearing backlash if she brought her back and she ended up staying. Or maybe Carnie secretly desires to be a 'Real Housewife of...' someday and wanted to keep on Kyle's good side. I didn't know they were friends. But the minute Kyle's name was thrown out there Carnie was resistant and then continued to be so through all the legit arguments -- including from Arnold, mini-Arnold, and Tyra -- that Kyle was the obvious and really the only choice.
Kyle should send Carnie a nice friendship basket of goodies, to thank her for the sword-falling-on she did for her
Basically, that was it. Carnie was not willing to bring her good friend back to the boardroom, and Carnie went home because of it. It was a good call by Arnold. I love me some Carnie, but she screwed up and misjudged the situation. Unfortunately, she was TERMINATED!
lol, you're right, I guess the OP was talking about Carrie, but in my mind I was totally thinking of Carnie, even thought i wrote Carrie. Totally forgto the other person was named Carrie.
