Did Arnold take a jab at Trump in episode 1?

In episode one before he eliminated the first contestant he mentioned that he is not going to keep a person longer than they would have in past seasons.

Was he digging at Trump for keeping certain celebs longer than they needed to be? i.e. Omarosa, Aubrey O'Day etc?
