I keep joking with my daughter that the women better listen to Laila or she'll kick their a@@es! Seriously though, I love that she is a straight to the point person. She's definitely not afraid to call someone out or get to the point. She's not there to gossip and drink wine. She's there to win!

WTF? She is so arrogant, is a bully and treats people like crap. She is constantly talking down to others. She won't make it to the finals.

Most likely yeah. I cannot stand Laila. I would hate to work with someone like her.
