I agree. Lisa should have demonstrated as she was the target demographic. I get that Carson has experience with QVC, but perhaps not in this particular product. George did not in any way, nor should he have, say the product helped him lose weight, he did say he would use the product because "now it's all about maintenance", but I agree his part was sort of odd. I get the story behind it though and felt his presence made more sense than Carson's. Lisa at the very least in her role as producer should have said "Hey, numbers are stagnant, try to do something to jazz things up and get the calls to come in." I agree that having her run out on stage and trade places with Carson would have been nothing short of awkward! I was really surprised when Arnold fired two people, and I'm a little confused about him firing Lisa just because she had been back in the boardroom so many times, as one poster stated above that not every time was necessarily of her doing. I am bummed that Carson was fired, I really liked him. He was not a backstabber and I really think he could have won the whole thing.
