Some questions (huge spoilers of course)

How did Woojin manage to set up Mido being adopted to Sweden? Did he kidnap some child of similar age and ship her there, or was the old lady who gave the info a part of the scheme?

Woo-jin probably just switched or falsified the birth records.

Was Joo-wham also a target for Woo from the beginning, or did he just kill him for being involved? He did after all further spread the rumors.

I think Joo-wham was just killed for calling Woo's sister a slut on the phone. The only reason why Woo was even listening in on him was because Dae-su had removed the listening device from his shoe.

What did the remote actually do when Woo told him the lie for the first time. Because by that point, Dae and Mido still hadn't made love meaning it would not play the sound of them doing it from a recorder.

It was either nothing or it would have actually set off the pacemaker.

Were Dae and Woo meant to be same age? Because Woo looks far younger and I've also seen that the actor difference is 14 years. Feels like a bit of a miscast.

Park discussed this on the commentary, it was basically to show how Woo had never grown up and was still stuck to how he was when he was younger.
