About the neclace...
I'm not sure I quite understand the last scene where Fletcher is wearing Alan's necklace. Why is he wearing this? He has no reason to.

Actually that whole ending was pretty bad, like they just ran out of money and said let's end this somehow.
My, wife seems to think that Flecther is actually alans long lost friend(the one he thought he killed).
I asked her wouldnt he recognize his close friend from childhood.
Then when I thought about it he and the other dude looked alot alike. :)

shareI think it mean that Fletcher simply kept something that belonged to Alan to remember him by. Louis Hunt with the glasses is his childhood friend.
The movie didnt do a very good job of wrapping itself up.
at first i also thought that he may be his childhood friend but i don't think that is the answer. I think he keeps the necklace for the same reason alan kept the necklace. Out of guilt, he may not have pulled the trigger but it was his connection that killed him and he wanted to get the info without killing him
