What did I miss?? Hidden Cellar scene

So who the hell was the man who attacked Angelina in the hidden cellar? I don't think it was Ethan Hawke because he was obviously very large and he had a blonde beard. Now we've already seen Ethan Hawk's character at the police station, clean shaven and with brown hair. Soooo....what am I missing?

Probably Ethan Hawk with a fake beard.

They used Kiefer Sutherlands grunts in that scene, but I am pretty sure that was to make the audience think it wasn't Ethen, like they have done in the intro showing Sutherland combing his hair, shaving etc....
