I dont get why the mother didnt tell the cops after she saw kiefer sutherlands body that it wasnt martin. She freaked out like it was her son and ultimely led to her death if she said it wasnt him they couldve saved her and the baseball scout.
shareBased on her reaction it pretty much confirmed it for me that it wasn't Kiefer Sutherland. She shook her head and made a motion with her hand that it wasn't him.
shareIt seems to me she looked at his eyes, and they were the wrong colour or something. Or he should have been wearing contacts but wasn't. (She said Martin had bad eyesight, right?)
Related to this, I think, at the start of the movie we saw someone (presumably Martin) putting contact lenses on.
IMO this was not well explained in the movie.
