They seemed to be trapped in a tree house with no door, and Josh said something like "theres a word game I learned in my biology(chemistry? geometry?) class"

I have heard a similar game on a BBC Radio 4 show, "I'm Sorry I Haven't a Clue". They took it a lot farther. It's a show on Radio 4 where they have a bunch of games that their celebrity panelists play and is very funny. Some of the games do things I never imagined! It's been on the air for over 40 years. The formerly young regular panelists now are nearing 60+ but are still funny.
I still think that Megan is the coolest and smartest character on Drake & Josh! Miranda Cosgrove makes me wish I was 16 again!
