That Josh Peck lost a substantial amount of weight on the show? Or did they just act like nothing changed? From what I recall his weight was never touched upon on the show so I wouldn't be surprised if they just act as if nothing happened.

He gradually started eating healthier foods as well as working out in some episodes...I also remember in one of the intros between Drake & Josh, the panned to an old photo of a heavier Josh. (This was when Josh was first starting to get in shape.)
I don't think he really LOST the weight. He just grew up and slimmed out.
I was always heavier in middle-early high school. But As I got older and taller, all my weight kinda evened out and I look alot thinner now.
They made subtle jokes here and there.

He definitely lost weight. He was huge before and if I'm not mistaken was already well into his late teens (I think he was born around 86), so it wasn't just puberty. He had always been heavier set.
