Can Mary-Kate really play drums?
I'm asking because she's pretty good.Even had the right kind of cymbals-Zildjian!

at no time in this awful movie do we hear her actually play drums. And she's not playing anything like what we do hear.
So if it took her four months then it was four wasted months although I suppose any time spent on this movie was wasted.

Maybe she's a slow learner because she sure as hell didn't play any drums in the movie except for about 20 seconds at the end, after which they all start stupidly dancing around and the guitarists are still "playing" we hear drums but she's not playing them anymore. Could it be that they added the music in post and that she never actually played them but just mimed the motions? Who knows? She likes cocaine thats a start or is it the other one? Who knows?
i play the drums and its really hard to fake playing and 4 months i good to learn my friend took 2 years to be able to play a fill

Im also a drummer and i agree with hhdreamer 4 months isnt bad.Even saying that, it doesnt look like shes actually playing.I should know.

She certainly didnt pick it up that well...it's pretty damn obvious she's not actually playing. And I agree, what in the hell was Eugene thinking???
shareI don't know anything about her learning for four months but i can play the drums and the way she was playing looked real to me, the only thing that could of happened is if the sound was dubbed over the top by a professional drummer and someone told her what to hit so it looked real.
