Does anyone know the name of the hotel that they filmed in for the movie?

The exterior (ledge stuff) was the Royal York in Toronto... I should know, as I worked on that scene!
As for the interiors, I don't know... I would assume they were sets... if not the Royal York.
Didn't see the movie, so I can't say for sure... but the ledge stuff (and the exterior front door, I think) were Royal York, Toronto.
the interior was an actual set they made, because if you watch the extras on the film it shows them using a blue screen at the window.

Yup, you're right. I worked on a few of those shots too. They made a whole 'virtual street' for the legde scenes... and that included interiors where the buildings outside were done.
