dont get how it was a big flop ?

ok so i know a lot of people dont like the movie, but i thought all of the fans that got all the direct to video movies (which i thought was a lot?) would go to see the film ?
i personly really like the film, and thought they had a big fan base at the time of the realease?
you might all probably disagree with me but please comment

I totally agree with u.
I loved the movie suprised it didn't do better

Their fan base consisted of a lot of young audiences who might not have been able to afford movie tickets but were able to buy their direct to video movies each year one came out. Going to the theater may be fun but it's a lot cheaper to just purchase a ten-15 dollar movie then go to the theater to pay ten dollars per person.
