In an australian magazine they interveiwed hilary and one of the questions was

"You didnt sign on for Agent Cody Banks. Were you too busy?
HER REPLY WAS

"i couldn't. I was working on CHEAPER BY THE DOZEN when they started filming and because its like a james bond series, they dont want to bring the girl back. There was talk of me comming back as a psychic but it didnt work out. They did it in london which would have been great, but sadly there was no time."

thats exactly wat she sed. so either dis magazine is a bit .... n da heasd or imdb r gettin info from da rong source.

she is going to be in agent cody banks 2. i met her the other week and she said "Yes, I am going to be in AGB2. At first, I thought I was too busy with Cheaper By The Dozen but we got that finished and now I am going to be it in" so HA!

well thats wat she sed in a smash hits magazine which is australian and thats like the only truthful magazine so HA and theyve finished filming

Hilary Duff and the woman who played Ronica are not in this movie. I heard that considering this could be a whole franchise, there might be a new 'banks girl' in each movie.

Hilary Duff Is not in the sequal of ACB,, or atleast not as the main person (Besides Cody)... Hannah from S-Club 7 is the new Main Girl in this movie. I have no clue who started the rumors but Hilary denied it a couple of times so I think we can be sure she is not in it. Maybe you'll see her somewhere in the movie who knows. But She is Not like in ACB 1 the Main Girl...

Well I have actually seen it and i can tell you she is definitly NOT in it. And incass you really want to know:

Hannah at first seems to be just another one of the orchestra that cody is working in undercover but then later on (after cody gets arrested) we find out she is an MI5 operative who pulls the strings to get Cody out of trouble and is actually working on the same case as him but from a different end so they end up working together.

Yeah it was funny coz a while ago under hillary's credit on imdb agent cody banks 2 was under it but then lately it's gone....just htought people might find that interesting as i did

Thats Hannah from S Club 7 (now split)who plays the main girl this time, Emily, a british flute player and also ***SPOILER***although this isnt technically a spoiler as its in the trailer, she works for MI5 and is working on the same case as Cody.

That answer seems logical, and makes me understand why she wouldn't be in the movie (never the same Bond girl), but if you could get at least a 70 on your next spelling test it might help my brain figure out what you were trying to say a lot easier.

(You spelled "magazine" right but missed on "wrong..." Is that even possible?)

Sorry. I REALLY hate those giggly preteen girls who think they're so awesome because their friend's friend's cousin's son's friend's dad knows Britney Spears' friend. Nobody cares about Britney's friends or family. Or the aforementioned "giggly preteen girl."

Somewhat back on topic--- Hilary Duff is pretty hot, but as an actress: I'd run away from any theater or TV showing her. I might watch for a minute or two. Then I'd run.

No offense, but just because her movies are good, it doesn't mean she's a good actress. Britney Spears' CDs are good, but she's a bad singer.

I'm glad she's out. The new girl Hannah Spearritt is much better looking than that pig anyways.
