Did Reese really deserve an Oscar?
Reese was great but Felicity was flawless.

Could not agree with you more!
shareYup yup yupppity yup yup
shareWho is Felicity? I scanned the credits and never saw a Felicity mentioned.
Thanks.
Felicity from another movie obviously that was also up for an Oscar that same year
shareI felt of the top of two leads, Joaquin deserved it more. But, if memory serves me correctly, that year was really difficult. I think that was the year Phillip Seymour Hoffman won for Capote. And there were a couple of other really terrific performances nominated as well. Any other year and Joaquin wins.
sharehe was nothing like johnny cash and she was flawless. she deserved it.
shareReece Witherspoon won the best actress Oscar in 2006 for Walk the Line. Another nominee that year was Felicity Huffman for her role as a transsexual in Transamerica. Assume this is what is being referred to here.
shareyes they both did. another classic oscar rip off.
Lawrence of Arbia, he was an English guy who came to fight the Turkish
Stunning performance, but it's hard to believe that she won Oscar over Felicity who played a male-to-female transexual character.
shareShe earned it. Think Joaquin deserved one as well but Hoffman nailed Capote.
shareThe longer I see Reese perform, the more I like her. While 2006 sounds like a while ago, she already was a veteran actress and I think she seems so comfortable in her roles. I like just about everything in Walk The Line.
shareShe’s one of those actresses that every time I find out she’s in something, I just react like “ugh...” and then I watch whatever it is and always feel like she did really well. I’m not really sure why I still react that way EVERY time. I like her so far in The Morning Show!
