Can't believe this beep movie got a sequel

Being a big fan of comedy movies, including some starred by Will Ferrel, I just don't see how this trainwreck got a sequel. It is important to be able to tell the difference between comedy and pointless stupid-ass out of left field "jokes".

Are u kidding? This is one of will ferrell's best movies.and if there IS. A sequel is like to know because the Last time I checked they weren't making one. The director was too busy making The hangover trilogies.
