so at the end, when they are all staring at the Christmas tree, it being the first year Mom is Gone, nobody is just straight out balling and crying ..they just stare at the tree..odd
also, isn't it weird that the brothers just married/concubined to, 2 sisters.. sort of odd
She must have died soon after the last Christmas, giving the family almost a year to grieve. Still...putting up the first tree since she died should have shed at least one tear.
My thoughts exactly, GForce. Sybil most likely died a few months after the previous Christmas, giving them time to grieve. Besides, everyone handles these things differently, and with all the family members, girlfriends and new babies in the house, they had a lot to focus on in that particular moment. People were streaming into the house, they were setting up Christmas decorations, and it was just a busy time.
