Actually no-one cheats with anyone - you have to be in a relationship with someone and then have an encounter with someone else simultaneously to have an affair. That doesn't happen here. One couple splits up, she gets together with his brother and he gets together with her sister. They weren't right together and both accept that. She doesn't cheat on him, and neither does he. I'm not sure what is disgusting about people realising they're with the wrong person then getting together with the right person? The point is how much happier they all are at the end.
