What is up with the scene at 1:34? Not sure how to say what’s going on but what is up with that. Her clothes to. There’s commentary on dvd about it was cut from movie for some reason but what is with that?

It was part of the scene when they arrive at that really old village that is stuck in like the 70's and everything is incredibly cheap. It's just meant to show how backwards the people living there were.
