Far better than the first.
This is the greatest improvement from an original to a sequel I have ever witnessed. Mainly because the first one sucked so terribly. This one had interesting and creative elements the first one completely lacked.
I went in looking for a laugh, and came out surprisingly impressed (In a non-comedic way).
