'Reign of moral terror'

Though I don't actually like this film (due to the contrived and full-of-holes plot and other problems, the good performances by the actresses playing Brigitte and Ghost couldn't save it), I do like this line. A 'reign of moral terror' sounds far more terrifying than a mere 'reign of mortal terror,' and there's also the irony of having this line said by an utterly amoral and psychopathic character.

Well, Tyler and Ghost are two different types of beasts. Ghost delivering this to Tyler was more than a little poignant.

I don't like this film either, it's terrible compared to the first, but that line was good.

Yes, there's a certain irony in saying that line to Tyler - it's fitting that it's said in an exchange between the two most amoral characters in the film.
