Next Ginger Snaps Installment - MY Script idea

I'm in the early planning stages for a screenplay which will be a follow-up to this film, although it will take place a while later. It might be called something like Ginger Snaps: Ghost's Reign of Moral Terror (a reverence to something that she said in THIS film).

Ghost would now be an adult (and hopefully played again by Tatiana Maslany, as I don't believe in recasting, unless the original actor is dead). Plus, I ABSOLUTELY LOVED Tatiana in this film!!!! xxx Therefore, she is IRREPLACEABLE!

Anyway, Ghost (love is in the air!!!...anyway!) would be an adult and Brigitte (who of course is transformed now!) is still locked up in her basement. Ghost feeds her by quickly throwing food down the door and shuts it, although Brigitte (who grew close to Ghost in the second film) doesn't really make a frantic attempt to escape or kill Ghost.

Ghost has wrote a book, telling the world the events of what happened in the first two films (as Brigitte had told Ghost everything in the last film). But, the fact is, she hasn't mentioned in the book of the fact that Brigitte is still alive in her basement (her book STATES that Brigitte was killed by Ghost, making it look as if she is some kind of hero, a kind of werewolf-slayer, if you will!)

Ghost goes back to the clinic from the second film to try and track down the girls that bullied her there, but discovers that most of them, except for two, were killed by the werewolf (from the second film, which I'll get to later!).

I'm not sure at the moment how this'll be done and I don't want to give too much away (in case this actually happens!) Ghost will SOMEHOW track the couple of girls down and pretends that they should get together and try to be friends. As both these girls (they're sisters) have been evicted by the landlord, Ghost suggests that they come to her house (Barbara's house).

By the way, I forgot to mention earlier that there will be some narration from Ghost at the beginning of the film, explainning that Babara is now dead (probably by Brigitte, but I'm not sure!)

Anyway, Ghost and the two girls arrive at the house and after a bit of 'bonding', Ghost shows the girls the basement door and says that there is a secret room down there, and that the girls should go down and see.

The two girls go in (with hand-held torches) and when they reach the bottom, Ghost slams the door shut and locks it. The girls panic and try to open the door, but gets killed by Brigitte.

Ghost also starts to have a few nightmares. One nightmare would involve a 'visit' from human Brigitte (Emily Perkins). I'm not exactly sure how this would pan out at the moment.

Also, I'm aware that most fans want to know who the werewolve which chased Brigitte in the second film is. Well, I've come up with who it COULD be, but I don't want to say now (again, in case this ever DID get made!), so sorry about that for now. The film would somehow explain his (or her?) identity, but I'm not sure how yet!

In terms of the planning, that's about as far as I've come so far. I know it looks a little bit messed up and doesn't all make sense, but that's because I haven't really planned what order everything will happen!

Everyone, please comment on what you think of my idea and maybe suggest any other ideas for it or just give me your opinion on my idea. I don't mind if they're good or bad, because I'll respect your opinion.

I liked the character of Ghost and enjoy Tatiana Maslany and hope to see her in another one of these films again!
