Where can I get this movie
I don't care what you say, but I'm going to buy this movie. But can you buy it in the shops (and can they be english subtitles on?)?
The Boogeyman is real... and you've found him!

why in the hell would you wanna buy this movie???
shareI thought I would get such a reply. Two reasons:
1: In Denmark who can't get all those different slasher-movies like in America and UK (most of the movies we get is movies like "I Know What You Did Last Summer", "Urban Legend", "Scream"). But every year I go to London with my dad and there I buy all those different movies.
2: Why I would like to buy this movie? I'm actually just curious...
Well, back to my question. Can I get this movie in the shops?
The Boogeyman is real... and you've found him!
I've never seen in it a shop here in the USA, but if you haven't seen it it's extremely horrible even for low budget. Looks like it's shot with a camcorder and you can barely hear the actors throughout the movie and there's NO BLOOD. Worst movie I've ever seen, save your money buy some good horror movies instead of this crap.
shareTrust me, I've seen movies that was so horrible that I just wanted to grab a gun and shot my DVD-player - and they were A-films!
I've have a camcorder myself, but it makes better pictures (I've seen some pictures of the movie).
But the real reason I want to buy this movie is because of this:
One day a saw some pictures of the movie and read a review saying that is was just plain terrible. That night I dreamed that I bought the movie and the moment I putted it in my DVD-player, I woke up. Since then I've wanted to see this movie, even I know it's terrible and stinks, I just NEED this movie.
Now I know how Gollum felt...
The Boogeyman is real... and you've found him!
A friend of mine purchased it on VHS at some pawn shop, and that was the first time I saw it, but I have seen it on DVD at a Family Video store. The problem with the DVD version is that the box screen format has been removed, making it a little less horrible, which is a bad thing.
shareBut is they (english) subtitles on the DVD?
The Boogeyman is real... and you've found him!
I rented a copy in a large Blockbuster adjacent to a sprawling housing project in a rundown and occasionally dangerous part of a small working class city. Check out any urban-oriented Blockbuster. The Blockbuster I found my copy in carries tons of urban "horror" titles that are not available in my suburban Blockbuster, and which I imagine are all equally vile. After AX EM, I never rented another one. Having said that. I once bought a used copy of THE ITEM from a Blockbuster. But this is a frat boy-made flick that my kids and I have watched several times, and we howl every time.

I don't think there are any subtitles at all. The movie is already in English, but it can be hard to hear at times.
shareWhen I rented it and put in in my dvd player the movie just started, so it doesn't even have a menu, much less english subtitles. Its a truly awful movie, you can't even hear what people are saying to one another, and the video quality is atrocious. It has about a million continuity errors too. If you like really bad movies, watch this one.
shareI found a bunch of VHS copies at a store near my house (they get all the movies from other stores in the area just to sell them). Most of the copies don't have the box art but the again the tape is only 49 cents.
Damn, I spilled my Big Gulp!

I got a copy of it with box art a long time ago but i snatched another one for cheap so i could show everyone i know this film haha.
Damn, I spilled my Big Gulp!
i'm with you... I want to buy the movie too... Because well... noone believes me when I say how horrible it is... And its good for a laugh.. They have it to rent at a Blockbuster near me
shareWell I found it at Blockbuster. You can purchase it at www.yorkentertainment.com but you'll regret it.
shareSeriously- are you joking? Why the **** would there be ENGLISH SUBTITLES? Think about it before asking a question like that... you know someone has to be paid to add the subtitles, right?
shareI'm an English speaker, and I WISH there had been subtitles! Then maybe I could have understood a few of the words the characters said and possibly pieced together a complete sentence! Then again... ignorance is bliss, I probably don't want to know what they were talking about anyway ;)
shareCome on guys this movie was quality! 10 stars for sure! One of the scariest films of all time, if not THE scariest of all time! Top job to the peanuts who made this film!!! Not bad for a 5 year old director! Well done!
shareGot this for .78 cents on amazon.First movie to cost less then the 3.00 shipping and handling.Funny.
