Ernest "The Cat" Miller. He was a former kickboxing champion and a WWE wrestling star back in the day. The guy he's fighting is Maurice Smith. A former K-1 champion. Like someone else mentioned, watch any of the big stars in UFC matches and you'll see him as a coach in their corner.
