Not that I'm weird (yeah alright, I am), but I just wanted to enquire, are all the fights in this flick either bloke vs bloke and (I'm assuming very briefly from what I've read about Carano's role), bird vs bird? Are there any bloke vs bird fights too?

I'll use this post as an opportunity to say, no there aren't any bloke vs bird fights, more brief examples of domestic violence. I'll also say I was surprised by the level of kung fu in this. I had no idea Michael Jai White was so skilled at kung fu. There are lots of fight scenes with no evidence of wires and it appeared to be all in real-time, well not speeded up anyway. Hope this is the showcase-type film MJW needs to get the attention he deserves.
