Now it's Scott Adkin's turn

Man. I been waiting for this since "Undisputed 2". Jai White and Adkins are two of the best (no wire act)martial arts actors around.

Unfortunantly you rarly see the type of movies that really display their martial arts talents. -

They both remind me of the young Van Damme. Both played a bad guy in a Van Damme movie. And their kicks are real time kicks (no wire acts like the Asian martial arts actors)

LOL. And did Bob Sapp actually win a fight? I'm so used to seeing him lose in MMA fights.

Well, not really looking to compare the two. Just looking for them to make more movies like this that display their skills.

Undisputed 3? - If their is one it may star totally different people.

Or you could try and check for sources.

Than you would know that Undisputed is already being filmed with Scott Adkins in the lead role.

Can't wait.

I checked after that post.

I enjoy good fighting movies, but I like a decent storyline too. That's why I was thinking it would have a different cast.

Using the bad guy from part 2 to be the lead in part 3 doesn't make for a good story, but you never know. All depends on how they re-develope the character I guess.

I like Scott Adkins. I just want to see him as the leading guy, that's all.

I got to agree that MJW sadly has played in roles that didn't showcase his skills as they should had. For exemple he played in a Seagal movie, yet he played the vilain and if my memory is correct didn't even fought Seagal.

He played in that movie with Steve Austin recently, and altough the movie was not bad at all(yet made little sense) he didn't fough much in it...not as much as i would had expect personally.

His role in Batman was just a small speaking role, no action whatsoever... I don't known, maybe its because i identify MJW as a martial arts star but seeing him in non fighting roles is terribly disapointing usually. Okay Batman i was not expecting to see him at all in it, so i didn't really bother... but well...

Anyway i would like Michael and Scott again in a movie together... either together or facing each other... As Michael was a bit limited in undisputed 2 since he played a boxer... couldn't use the kick as much as he should had.

Dude you have to understand that Jai White is more than just martial arts actor. The dude can act and has been a lot of other flicks as a leading role or villain. Point is he has charisma to read and act out the script instead of just letting his feet do the talking.

Wesley Snipes kind of had that going for him too. He has some skills and is decent actor but now look at him... exiled and making generic action flicks. How about Stateham?? (granted he is not really a martial arts actor) he started off playing in Lock Stock and did pretty well some of his other hollywood debut till he started doing the one string action jackass movies.

Seeing a martial arts actor not flying off his feet in every role is a good thing. Means he has some versatility going for him.

I'm presuming from the last part of your statement that you havent watched many Asian martial arts films? By Asian films I'm talking Ong Bak, Kill Zone, Shaolin, Ip Man, The Raid etc

Stars like Jet Li, Tony Jaa, Donnie Yen, Sammo Hung, Wu Jing etc dont use any wire work at all because the wires can actually stop them doing the martial arts moves correctly

Sometimes, like in Kiss of the Dragon, wirework is needed to slow a kick down so it can actually be seen on camera properly
