Is there ever going to be a third season or was the movie, Solid State Society suppose to be it? I notice Kenji is on a new project but any rumors or anything on if there will be another season or it is going to stay were it is?
shareYou can count on it. The show is too popular for there not to be a third GiG. Different people may be involved with it, but there will be some variation of Ghost in the Shell down the line.
shareKenji Kamiyama, told in several interviews that as long as he or anyone has any good ideas to make into a 3 season he would definietly do it. Indeed Prudoction I.G. who did all the two seasons and Solid State Society confirmed that a third installment will be made in the near future, as all the cast and crew would really like to do it.
