what is the episode called..... when the major wanders into this building during a training session and there is this old lady that reminds her about this boy she knew when she was younger that made paper cranes in his hospital bed all the time...? (wow that was a long run on sentence i think)

The episode's called "Kusanagi's Labyrinth" aka "Affection", it's from GITS SAC 2ND Gig.

The title of the song is "I Do." The music and lyrics were written by Yoko Kanno and the vocalist was Ilaria Graziano. It's on the second volume of the series OST.
