Question about one of the OST's

There's a GITS: SAC ost called "Smooth in the Shell." It's just one giant, continuous 49 minute long song. If you don't have it, I suggest you get it, because it's probably one of my most favorites of all the GITS osts.

Anyway, for those that know what I'm talking about, there's a "GITS rap" that starts around 36:00 in the song. The vocals are done by two people apparently, James Miller and Eddie Warren. I tried googling their names but I can't find any info about them. I was wondering what other music they may have done (if any), hence I am asking if anyone is aware of any info about these two?
