Kerry Conran "John Carter" presentation reel released

I'm sure many of you remember Conran being involved in an attempt to do "John Carter" over at Paramount after "Sky Captain" -- they've released a presentation reel from the preproduction and it's well worth a view for fans.

A low-quality version of that presentation reel has been on the Internet for years now, but this new high-quality release is a welcome upgrade.

It's a shame that Kerry Conran's "John Carter of Mars" never got made. Andrew Stanton's isn't bad, but Conran's looked like it had much more potential.

Courage, men! we've not sunk before, and we'll not sink now!
