Was anybody else waiting to see Reuben's dad tell Reuben's mom off, after his dad made that great speech to Sandy?

I thought that would've been the perfect time to show him asserting himself with his newly found voice and say something equally as wise to his wife about knowing when to keep HER trap shut.

What a bitch she was! First she seems to be happy that the woman who cheated on her son is doing well wherever the hell she was. Then, she gives out private information over dinner. Finally she gives him the WORST advice: Get back together with the woman who cheated on you as soon as you were married! WTF?

Yea I don't get that either but oh well that's why the movie is classified as comedy. In reality I know of no parent that would even want to look the person (who cheated on their children) in the eye or even talk to them.

My guess is that Reuben's mother didn't want to look as a couple separater if she had told him that Lisa was not worthy of keeping for one second.
