I noticed they refer Fun Spot as Fun World. Fun World was a mini attraction attached to a flea market called Flea World.they had go carts and a ferris wheel. Fun World was located in Sanford, FL. The location in the film was at Fun Spot in Orlando, FL. So I've always wondered which one it was supposed to really take place at. I belive Fun World was already closed in 2003. So did they film at Fun Spot, mimicking Fun World? I'm from here so it bothers me a bit.

:) I hear you. IRL, it was the I-drive spot, not the Sanford site at Flea World. I think the writer didn't know there really is/was a Fun World (I swear, I just started writing 'a Fun World at Flea Spot' hahaha!) over in Sanford. I rarely heard the Flea World rides called anything other than Flea World, so a quick bit of research might not have turned up the proper name of the Sanford site. It was all always I-drive's Fun Spot, and that was re-named 'Fun World' for the movie, probably for legal reasons, I'd guess.
