Anyone notice the exact reflection of both Seans' falling to their knees

Couldn't fit the question mark in the Subject. It was as if young Sean subconsciously was reliving his heart attack.. (depends on what ending you believe)... this revelation drives to me to change my mind. Along with knowing where the bridge was, recognizing Anna, his brother in law (with the huge hug as well)... certain things he couldn't have known. But the main point I found really cool was the falling to his knees in the hallway, when Anna says to him, "You're just a little boy!".... he collapses just to his knees, in the same exact way old Sean fell to his knees as he died from his heart attack.. Could be coincidence, but either way, found it neat...

It's obviously a critical scene because it is the core of Anna's first really starting to fully believe that the little boy is indeed Sean. In the very next scene we get to watch that sinking into her psyche for 2 minutes as she listens to and watches the Wagner opera. I didn't get the connection to the heart attack - but then again Anna wasn't there to watch her husband die from it, so I presume her husband falling to his knees perhaps happened at previous times in her experience as sort of a signature characteristic?
