Hello.

I was just wondering. I watched this in a cinema a few months ago, enjoyed it and last night I rewatched it on bluray. Some things are different than I remember.

At first I wasn't sure if my memory was faulty or if something had changed, so I looked and IMDB mentions that the film was reedited. I was just wondering if anyone knows where I can watch the theatrical cut, or find the differences?

The thing that is really annoying me is, I was sure I remember a scene where Sal is ill in Mexico and Carlos comes to help. I couldn't remember how Carlos found him, so was hoping he rewatch would clear it up. Did I imagine this, or was it cut?

If the scene did exist, how did Carlos find Sal?

You imagined that. In neither version of the film, nor the novel itself, does Carlo/Allen go to Mexico on that trip.

The only thing you MIGHT have been thinking of is when Sal is sick he hallucinates people in his life appearing before him. There could have been a shot of Carlo in there.
