This movie is
even slower than Blair Witch Project. I'm 45 min in, so far Vincent has raced his bike, kissed a gas station girl and blew her off, gone to visit his old next door neighbor's house, made a pit stop to make out with Cheryl Tiegs, considered buying a rabbit, made it to Vegas. Oh wait he got GAS and took his bike for a spin on the salt flats. The main screen time being consumed looking through a bug spatted windshield at nondescript countryside or through a camera fixed on Vincent's right ear, sometimes completely silent for long periods of time, sometimes accompanied by a mediocre single guitar/vocal soundtrack. Obviously not dialog, visual, plot or suspense, driven.
I believe Vincent has discovered a new way of storytelling, by avoiding it completely.
Will repost if I can make it through this. If it weren't for Cheryl Tiegs, I don't think I would have made it this far.
This is no Buffalo '66.
Did you tell LUKE..? Is THAT who you could tell??
