Was there a particular reason he chose a shot that largely obscured his member? Was it to appease the censors? Was he a little shy? What?
shareI think it's a photography choice, you can see the same framing while he was kissing the blonde woman at the table under the gazebo.
Also I think Gallo wanted to add a component of surprise at the scene, starting with an "acceptable", concealed blowjob, proceeding more and more into a "shocking" pornographic scene that nobody would have expected.
