Appropriate for nun?

I wanted to purchase "Ben Hur" but my finger slipped and I ended up purchasing "Brown Bunny". My wife's cousin is entering a convent, and I wanted to give her some DVDs to take. Do you think this would be OK?

That's hilarious. And if you're not just being a troll, it's even funnier. Bravo! Funniest thing I've read on this site in a long time.

reply

Alas, I'm sure it's quite different from Ben Hur. Is it a children's story like the Velveteen Rabbit? Maybe I should tell her to watch it with the orphans.

reply

She should watch it by herself. And, then decide if she wants to share it with the orphans.

reply

Obvious troll is obvious.

It's a joke---& a very funny one!
I consider the term 'troll' to be negative--one posting to create controversy. This---I think is lovely.

Carpe Noctem!

The "Appropriate for..." threads are the funniest thing on this board. People who call them trolls have no sense of humour!

reply

Trolls are not supposed to be obvious. They're supposed to be subtle.
So the OP is definitely NOT a troll.

And b-t-w,
his post is a "meh" at best. It's not that funny .

Somebody say, "Is there funk after death?"
...

Thank you, that is the best laugh I have had all year and including last year.. still laughing. Anyway without seeing the movie but knowing a little about it I would say definitely appropriate for Nuns.
