If it's not suitable for viewers under 17, why is it PG-13?

The box says that some content not suitable for viewers under 17. That doesn't make sense at all because it's PG-13.

The rating doesn't mean all 13 year olds come and see the movie.

It means that parents are cautioned about letting their children, any children, watch it. The movie is further elaborating that children under 17 in particular should be monitored.

Without passion, we'd be truly dead.

traditionally any movie that would be PG-13 in live action will end up being 16+ in animation...dont know why

Isn't Final Flight of the Osiris the only part that is PG-13? The rest is unrated

So, why rate it PG-13 then? It doesn't make any sense.
