The end of Matriculated

I just saw the end of Matriculated. Why was that girl so horrified by seeing the robot with there in her? Didn't she know it was on her side? And did she die in there with it, or what? Plus it looks like afterwards, that robot is overlooking the harbor. But how did he unplug himself? I don't really understand.

What are you waiting for? You're faster than this. Don't think you are, know you are.

I told skynet who kyle reese was

Because she realises that the robot must have plugged her in. Knowing that all her human companions have just been killed, she is now trapped in the system. Her only companion is the robot who she deceived into thinking they may have some sort of connection/relationship as part of his reprogramming

I think it shows one of the problems with converting the robots. They trick the machines into thinking they have real emotions. The problem is, sooner or later the machines want to experience these emotions. The watcher machine from the story wanted to love and be loved by the main character from the story. She helped him turn in the simulation and he developed a crush for her.
In the end there will be no one to acknowledge the robots emotions, since we were only turning them for battling purposes.

The chick was dieing from her wounds and noticed she would be stuck with this almost puppy-like being that just wanted to love her until the end of time. She then died in the matrix

Ok thanks.

Summer goals: Bench 225lbs and run a 5k in 20 minutes, on the same day.

assuming the converetd robot sees himself as a form of human now,
at the end he is just overseeing the harbour like his 'girlfriend'
always did ... not realizing there is nothing left to guard anymore

so this is a form of irony, cause the machine is in some ways really
like a human now ... a mind trapped in a body wich sometimes just
doesnt feel conected at all ... doing actions and believing in things wich are ultimatly judged just sense- and pointless ...

the matrix is the reality of the machines, so the reality of the humans
is the virtual matrix of the machines .... pure irony
